Vocabulary and pronuncation
Conversation + word formation + pronunciation = an ideal lesson!
Talk about mental health, try short meditation and get to know vocabulary connected to psychology and their pronunciation. Discuss mindfulness and well-being techniques (e.g. visualisation, awareness, sensation). Then, some word formation to build up the vocabulary base: creating nouns from adjectives and choosing noun vs adjective in the text (e.g. anxiety-anxious, aware-awareness). Make sure to practice the pronunciation at the end and revise the new words.
