Listening and reading
For sure you have some health freaks in your class, as healthy lifestyle has had its boom since the pandemic. In this brick, students discuss the key aspects of a healthy lifestyle, such as training, hydration, and diet. Optionally, they can watch a video of a Dutch influencer (perfect for training listening to various accents) about her daily routine. Later, they can speak about their routine, with emphasis on healthy lifestyle elements. The brick focuses also on different types of sport activities and the benefits that they give. The worksheet is beneficial both for gym enthusiasts and couch potatoes who need motivation to start leading a healthy lifestyle.Â
